Stage 2 of the brew. This is where we transfer from the 1st stage bucket to the 2nd stage glass carboy. You see above a San Pedro Nut Brown Ale and a new IPA creation from the Brew Team.
We dry Hopped the IPA for even more holism bittering. It is exciting to see where this will take us. But it will give a whole new meaning to the reading “…..Then they shall eat the flesh on that night roasted in fire, with unleavened bread and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.”

I gave up cigs 3 days ago and it really is starting to hit me right now. My significant other says I probably will not get it done but I am so serious of this I will be successful. This morning I began getting aches in my tummy and I kinda want to have a smoke. I won’t give into the craving as I am quitting for my youngsters. I am grateful to have the e-cigarettes. It has been a big bonus if you ask me.

Virtually all I can think about is smoking cigarettes. I don’t want to take a hit and if perhaps anyone offered me one right now, I would refuse. I feel I’m in a really horrible mental condition and have had trouble resting yet I realize I need to be strong. The smokeless cigarettes may also be helpful in the long run.

I stopped smoking 3 days ago and it is starting to make me feel crappy now. My mate tells me I will not be able to complete it but I am so serious about this I can. Today I began feeling painful sensations in my belly and I kinda would like a drag. I won’t give up as I am quitting smoking for our child. I am grateful to have the e cig. It is often very useful to me.
