Brew Day Stage 3

Crunching The Numbers
I have found that running your own business comes with a lot of paper work. I spent six hours on three bids this afternoon. Sad thing right now you really can’t charge for a bid. We will see how the numbers come out…….I have my code book in hand and will be the one to get it done RIGHT.
Stage 2 of the brew. This is where we transfer from the 1st stage bucket to the 2nd stage glass carboy. You see above a San Pedro Nut Brown Ale and a new IPA creation from the Brew Team.
We dry Hopped the IPA for even more holism bittering. It is exciting to see where this will take us. But it will give a whole new meaning to the reading “…..Then they shall eat the flesh on that night roasted in fire, with unleavened bread and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.”
So the time has come to bring that Transformers Movie to life. How you ask, with a Sub Woofer of course how else will your neighbors know what you are watching? Duh…
Sounds easy enough, after all Christ was a carpenter, then again He also walked on water. Just learned this is just as difficult. I spent the last week learning about air movement. Specifically air movement that our ears can register. Making a Sub Woofer is nothing like the box I put together as a teenager to put in the back of my old 58′ Chevy. We need precise cubic foot area for the air to move but not to fast and not to slow 12 m/sec would be perfect. Voala, you have a sneak peak of what is to come…….
